Sky Lafayette disrupted the Real Estate market when it became the first luxury residential condominium in the Chapultepec neighborhood, the cultural and nightlife district of Guadalajara, better known for its artistic and hipster scene and middle class approach.

Sky Lafayette features a retail ground floor with 76 residential units from floors 3 to 17, with expansive views of the city. Its units feature some of the city's largest private terraces and balconies.
