Av. México 2040 was planned as the centerpiece of the Chapultepec district of Guadalajara, the cultural and nightlife hub of the city.

​

Planned as a Mixed-Use project, combining a retail base and the third-tallest tower in the city, it included a 5-star hotel and resdiential condos in its 42 floors.
