Simón Bolívar 561 will be a A+ Boutique office building near Guadalajara's downtown, in the Chapultepec area of the city. Known for its rich cultural and artistic life, the neighborhood is ideal for technological startups and design oriented firms.

Designed by VWA Arquitectos, the building will feature open plans in its 12 stories, automated car lobby, and an open-air food court.
