Design work has started on Investus' new Luxury Building in Guadalajara

Investus will develop the first Luxury Independent Senior Condo in Guadalajara. Design work has started on the real estate project, and 3Arquitectura was hired as the Design Office in charge of producing the conceptual and architectural plans. Oswin Guzman is the firm's partner that will lead the project.

The building will have only 14 units, and will be delivered in "white box" form, so that every buyer can finish the unit as they wish, or have Investus's finish it according to a number of approved schemes.

The project is scheduled to begin construction in 2020.
