Planet English signs 10-year lease in Allius office building in Guadalajara

Planet English, one of Mexico's largest language schools, signed a 10 year lease in a ground floor space in Allius office building in Guadalajara. The new tenant bought out the existing lease by Café Barbera, an italian coffee franchise, in order to have the visually atrative corner space.

Investus represented both tenant and owner.
