Allius is a A+ Mixed-Use building, with a retail ground floor and 6 office levels. It was named 2nd place at the 2017 Entremuros Magazine Awards for Corporate Building of The Year.

Designed by Tacher Arquitectos, the building has the city's highest BOMA rating for efficiency, at 94.1%. It is owned and operated by Lincoln Capital.
