Senda Real is a 379-lot residential subdivision in the suburb of Teisistán, municipality of Zapopan, near Guadalajara. The developers failed to understand the market needs and had 80% of the units unsold, and the project was on hold for almost 7 years.

Investus created a plan where a new image, gardening, marketing and sales campaign was implemented. Commercial lots were created facing avenues, and common areas were redesigned and fixed. Success came right away, as 100% of the lots were sold in just 11 months and prices realized were 40-50% higher than before our intervention.
